Cancellation Policy for Justmutes Online Ticket Sales

1. General Policy

All ticket sales are final. Once a purchase is completed, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged except in the following circumstances.

If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Notification will be sent via email, and refund processing may take up to 10 business days.

3. Event Rescheduling

If an event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 14 days of the notification of the new date.

4. Transfer of Tickets

Tickets may be transferred to another individual. Please contact the ticket office for assistance with the transfer process.

Failure to contact support will render the ticket void and the ticket holder will not be eligible for a refund. Tickets must be transferred at least 24 hours before the scheduled event.
